8.25 miles.

Goal for the week: Run 3 miles easy, then the rest at 7:15.  This is what I ran this AM, and felt pretty smooth.  A little tired the last few miles.  Also, I hit the scales at 155lbs this AM, or 15lbs over race weight.  Imagine how well I could run if I weren't so damn fat.  Big changes coming in the way of my diet and mileage.
